When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it, and we must receive and process your payment first.
Please check your order carefully before you submit it. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will try to reach you using the email address, billing address or phone number you gave us at the time of the order.
Returns and exchanges are handled solely in line with our Refund Policy.
You confirm that anything you buy from us is for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. The price you pay is the price showing when your order is placed, and it will be set out in your order confirmation.
Unless we say otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, delivery, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices on lomarastore.com may differ from prices in any physical store or any third party marketplace. We may run promotions from time to time under their own separate terms. Where a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms win for that promotion.
You agree to keep your payment and account details accurate and up to date, including your email address, card number and expiry date, so we can complete your orders and reach you when needed.
You confirm that: the card details you give us are true, correct and complete; you are authorised to use that card; the charges will be honoured by your card issuer; and you will pay the amounts due at the prices shown, including delivery, handling and any applicable taxes.
All delivery times are estimates. They are not guarantees.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays, including delays caused by carriers, customs processing or anything outside our reasonable control. Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
The Services, including all trademarks, branding, text, imagery, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the way all of it is designed, selected and arranged, are owned by Lomara Store, our affiliates or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lomara Store.
