Lomara Store
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Welcome to Lomara Store.
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Lomara Store. "You" means anyone who visits, browses or buys from us.
We operate lomarastore.com and everything on it: the content, the features, the tools, the products and the services (together, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which is the platform that lets us bring the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policy we link to from them, set out your rights and ours. Please read them properly. They include things that matter, including warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.
By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that any minor in your care who uses the Services does so on a device you own or manage, with your consent.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or placing an order, you may be asked for information such as your name, contact details, billing address, payment details and delivery address. You confirm that everything you give us is accurate, current and complete, and that you have the right to give it to us.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or licence your account to anyone else.
We work hard to show our products honestly. Even so, colour and appearance can shift depending on your screen, your device and your display settings.
We do not guarantee that the look, feel or quality of any product will match your expectations or appear exactly as shown on our site.
Product descriptions may change at any time, at our discretion and without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit quantities available to any person, region or jurisdiction on a case by case basis.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it, and we must receive and process your payment first.
Please check your order carefully before you submit it. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will try to reach you using the email address, billing address or phone number you gave us at the time of the order.
Returns and exchanges are handled solely in line with our Refund Policy.
You confirm that anything you buy from us is for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. The price you pay is the price showing when your order is placed, and it will be set out in your order confirmation.
Unless we say otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, delivery, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices on lomarastore.com may differ from prices in any physical store or any third party marketplace. We may run promotions from time to time under their own separate terms. Where a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms win for that promotion.
You agree to keep your payment and account details accurate and up to date, including your email address, card number and expiry date, so we can complete your orders and reach you when needed.
You confirm that: the card details you give us are true, correct and complete; you are authorised to use that card; the charges will be honoured by your card issuer; and you will pay the amounts due at the prices shown, including delivery, handling and any applicable taxes.
All delivery times are estimates. They are not guarantees.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays, including delays caused by carriers, customs processing or anything outside our reasonable control. Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
The Services, including all trademarks, branding, text, imagery, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the way all of it is designed, selected and arranged, are owned by Lomara Store, our affiliates or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms let you use the Services for your own personal, non commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property belonging to Lomara Store, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorised use of the Services may breach intellectual property law. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
The Lomara Store name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are our trademarks or those of our affiliates and licensors. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.
The Services may give you access to tools provided by third parties that we neither monitor nor control.
Those tools are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties, representations, conditions or endorsement of any kind. We accept no liability arising from your use of them.
Using any optional third party tool is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Please make sure you have read and accepted the relevant provider's own terms.
We may add new features, tools and resources to the Services in future. Anything new forms part of the Services and is covered by these Terms.
The Services may contain links to, or embedded functionality from, websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for reviewing or assessing the content or accuracy of any third party material or site.
If you choose to leave lomarastore.com to visit those sites, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or loss connected to your access to third party sites, or to your purchase or use of anything on them. Please read the relevant third party's policies before you transact with them, and direct any complaints or questions about their products and services to them.
Lomara Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Lomara Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Lomara Store, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lomara Store.
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, available on lomarastore.com. Some personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services you confirm that you have read both.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, and with third parties who may be located in countries other than your own, so that the Services can be delivered to you. Our Privacy Policy has the detail.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans or any other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display it in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial use. We may use that licence to operate, evaluate, improve and promote the Services.
You confirm that: you own or have all necessary rights to the Feedback; you have disclosed any compensation or incentive you received for submitting it; and it complies with these Terms.
We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it.
We may, but do not have to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's rights or breaches these Terms.
Your Feedback must not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other rights, must not be abusive, unlawful or obscene, and must not contain any virus or malware. You may not use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or mislead us or others about the origin of your Feedback. You alone are responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy. We take no responsibility for Feedback posted by you or by any third party.
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the Services relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges, transit times or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information or cancel orders where information was inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have placed your order.
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them, directly or indirectly:
(a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose;
(b) to break any international, federal, national, provincial, state or local law, rule or regulation;
(c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of anyone else;

(e) to transmit false or misleading information;
(f) to send, receive, upload, download or reuse any material that does not comply with these Terms;
(g) to send or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including junk mail, chain letters or spam;
(h) to impersonate any person or entity; or
(i) to restrict or inhibit anyone else's use or enjoyment of the Services, or to do anything that may harm Lomara Store, Shopify or other users, or expose them to liability.
You also agree not to:

14.1 This section applies if you use, allow, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with the Services. 14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself at all times and operates in strict accordance with section 14.4 below. No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services where we have asked it not to.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify in every HTTP and HTTPS request that the request comes from an Agent, and disclose the Agent's name by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obscure that the access, use or interaction comes from an Agent, including by mimicking human behaviour and interaction patterns, or by completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or other measures designed to distinguish humans from machines; (iii) answer truthfully any question or prompt that asks whether the interaction is coming from a human or a machine; and (iv) not circumvent or avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify or control how Agents access, use or interact with the Services.
We may end this agreement, or your access to the Services or any part of them, at our sole discretion and at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts owing up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback and Submissions, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.
Information on the Services is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or useful, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk. We disclaim all liability arising from reliance on that material by you, by any other visitor, or by anyone told about its contents.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY LOMARA STORE, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL LOMARA STORE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT BOUGHT THROUGH THEM, OR FROM ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY ERROR OR OMISSION IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT OR PRODUCT POSTED, TRANSMITTED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lomara Store, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim, including reasonable legal fees, payable to any third party arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms or of any document they incorporate by reference; (2) your breach of any law or of the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim we seek indemnity for. A failure to notify you promptly will not release you from your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by it. We may control the defence and settlement of a claim at your expense, including the choice of legal counsel, but we will not settle a claim that imposes non monetary obligations on you without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold. You will cooperate with the defence of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be treated as severed. This will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
If we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policy or operating rule we post on lomarastore.com, form the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services. They supersede any earlier or contemporaneous agreement, communication or proposal between us, whether spoken or written, including any previous version of these Terms.
Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be interpreted against the party that drafted them.
You may not delegate, transfer or assign these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations under them without your consent and without notice.

You and Lomara Store consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Headings are for convenience only. They do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
You can always read the current version of these Terms on this page.
We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion by posting the update on lomarastore.com. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Where the law requires it, we will notify you of material changes, and those changes take effect on the date given in the notice. If you keep using the Services after a change is posted, you accept it.
